WebBuild Express is totally self-contained on your computer. You don't need an Internet connection to create pages and sites or to view them. You can publish an entire site locally on your PC and present it to clients without having to connect to the Web. Only when you're ready to send a published site to a Web server do you need to have a connection.

Features

Everything you do in WebBuild Express is (pardon the expression) WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get). You can drag cells anywhere on the page. You can overlay one cell on top of another to create interesting graphic effects. You can resize cells to any dimensions at any time. You have complete freedom over the appearance of your pages. Best of all: when you publish the site, the pages will appear exactly as they did when you designed them.

There are lots of ways to make you more productive. You can create new pages from templates, either those we supply with the product, or pages you have previously created. Because all your work is on your computer, it's easy to make changes. Just run WebBuild Express, access the site and page you want to modify, make the changes, republish the site, and re-send it to the server. As a result, the costs of maintaining your Web site and adapting it to changing circumstances is a fraction of traditional Web design methods.
